Activities include front desk and lobby reception with structured greeting standards and visitor management; professional concierge services (transport coordination, local information, VIP support); corporate dining, cafeteria, and beverage staffing with food safety compliance; F&B replenishment and executive floor mise en place; meeting room configuration, AV checks, and post-meeting clearance; corporate event coordination and logistics; housekeeping for VIP suites and guest areas; porter and messenger services; uniform and grooming standard monitoring; service standards and brand values training with annual refreshers; and monthly mystery visitor assessments.
Efficient administrative and operational support services ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Activities include inbound mail and courier receipt, sorting, scanning, and distribution; outbound mail, courier, and diplomatic bag preparation and dispatch tracking; high-volume reprographics, printing, binding, and laminating with print room management; printer and copier consumable inventory management; daily pantry and refreshment station stocking and vending restocking; boardroom and meeting room daily setup, AV checks, and teardown; stationery inventory management with periodic replenishment and budget reporting; visitor and contractor badging administration; archive and document storage management with retrieval services; and general administrative assistance to the facility management team.
