A critical facility in Qatar had identified significant deficiencies in its life safety systems — including fire fighting infrastructure, fire alarm panels, and mechanical ventilation smoke control systems. Non-compliance posed both regulatory and life safety risks that required urgent expert intervention.
The project required not just rectification of existing faults, but a structured programme of inspection, testing, performance optimisation, and documentation to bring the entire life safety estate to full Qatar Civil Defence Authority compliance readiness.
Comprehensive inspection of all three system types, producing a fault register with criticality ratings and a phased rectification plan.
Inspection and pressure testing of all sprinkler zones, valve servicing, pump testing, and full recommissioning documentation.
Panel fault clearance, detector replacement, manual call point testing, and full-system cause-and-effect verification.
Damper actuator replacement, smoke exhaust fan performance testing, and pressurisation system rebalancing.
Produced full test certificates, inspection reports, and QCDA submission documentation for all three system types.
"By combining technical depth in fire alarm, firefighting, and mechanical ventilation, we help clients achieve stronger life safety reliability, compliance readiness, and operational resilience."
