The Challenge

A critical facility in Qatar had identified significant deficiencies in its life safety systems — including fire fighting infrastructure, fire alarm panels, and mechanical ventilation smoke control systems. Non-compliance posed both regulatory and life safety risks that required urgent expert intervention.
The project required not just rectification of existing faults, but a structured programme of inspection, testing, performance optimisation, and documentation to bring the entire life safety estate to full Qatar Civil Defence Authority compliance readiness.
